This is my second shoot for Mikala. We shot her last year as a sophomore. She has driven up from Pleasant Hill for both shoots. This year Mikala is officially a senior. She is graduating a year early! We did more of a fashion shoot for Mikala. She didn’t want the typical stuffy senior photos. She wanted different. We thought we were going to have to shoot everything indoors but right when they arrived at the studio the sun decided to peak through. So we booked it outside and got a couple of shots before we did the studio ones. Here is a couple of my favorites although I love many more! Thanks to Mikala and her mom for driving to see me. It was a blast!

I shot Kristy & Tyson at the studio over the weekend. It’s nice to see husbands being involved in the shoot. Their baby boy, Logan, is due on 12/12. I enjoyed shooting Kristy. She was brave and I love the results. Here are a couple of my favorites. Thanks guys….I cant wait to take some photos of Logan 
Baby Anya

Baby Anya was born on Oct. 14, 2006. Her mom and dad decided to have a home birth and I was honored to get an invite to be there. I got my phone call about 6am (why do babies always come in the middle of the night!) that baby Anya was almost here. I got up and ran out the door to begin my drive to Salem. I made it just in time to capture the family seeing her for the first time. It was such a beautiful feeling to be there and see everyone’s joy as they each took turns holding her. Thank you Sean and Amy for letting me share this moment with you guys. I enjoyed every minute.
Jamieson Family

Every year we shoot the Jamieson family around this time. Its fun to see how different the kids look each year. We try to find a new location to shoot each time as well. This year we went to the Rose Garden in Eugene and then we went to Skinners Butte Park. We also have the Jamieson “signature shot” on their stair case at their home. We have done this shot 3 years in a row. We pose everyone exactly the same up the stairs. This is the shot where we can really see the differences in each of the 3 kids. We had a really good time taking their photos and this is a few of my favorites.

Jordan & Jennifer

These are photos of my little brother and his girlfriend Jennifer. They have never had professional photos taken of them so I thought I better give them some. Its always fun taking photos of the siblings….they cooperate so well I have to almost convince them to let me take a couple of photos. Luckily Jordan came through and I was able to get a couple of good shots of him and Jenn….Thanks little bro for being such a good sport You guys are too cute!
Baldridge Family

I shot the Baldridge family the last trip to Reno. We went to Caughlin Ranch for the shoot. I really enjoy shooting at Caughlin Ranch but I was surprised at how extra beautiful it was this trip. Fall has always been my favorite time of year. I love seeing the changing colors and the leaves falling. I know that it is only going to get better as we move further into fall. I love that the Baldrige’s wore blues. It was a nice contrast to the fall coloring around them. Thanks to the Baldridge Family for letting me take photos!
Destiny

I went to Reno this past weekend for my monthly visit. I had a few shoots while I was there. I will try and post of couple of photos from each of them this week. The first of the bunch was Damonte Ranch High School Cheerleaders. My little sister Destiny is on the Varsity squad. This is a shot of her and the varsity squad.

Reynolds Family

Every year around september we shoot a family shot of the Reynolds. This year Demi turned two. As you can see from her big personality in these photos she is REALLY enjoying being two. Its fun to see Demi grow each year. Demi and her family are also featured in our “Featured Album” section. Its her story book of the first year of her life. Please take a moment to peak at it.
