Another beautiful family session in Reno! Its been a few years since I photographed the Quinn’s and I was looking forward to seeing how they have grown up! All three kids were very photogenic and made my afternoon complete! The oldest, Emmy has also teamed up with Bliss to be a model for class of 2011! Very excited to have her on board! Thanks to the Quinn’s for an awesome shoot! Hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
If you are a blog follower you may recognize these beautiful girls. I have been photographing them since the youngest, Whitney was a baby. I always called her Baby Whitney and have to stop myself now as she is hardly a baby. Even Dan saw a few images from this session and said, “WOW…they have really grown up. I feel old!” Its such a good feeling to have a family that I can grow with and photograph them throughout their lives. It reminds me why it is that I Love photographing. This session of the girls was one of my favorites. The tutus were the perfect touch. Thanks to the Welker Girls and their mom, Kim…for always calling on me to photograph! You guys are the best!
BEAUTIFUL. This family was such an awesome family to photograph! They stepped out of their cars and all I could say was WOW. What a beautiful family…I cant wait to take photos! We went to UNR for the session and in between snow we were able to finish the session. Amazing weather! Really. The whole week before I was to head to Reno my mom kept forwarding me the weather report which seemed to get worse and worse as the week went on. I even thought…I might need to postpone my trip. But as those of us in Oregon know…the weather changes at a drop of a hat. Reno has similar weather patterns so I took the chance. I am so thankful the weather cooperated and I was able to complete all my sessions for the weekend! YEAH! I want to Thank the Forshey family for both braving the cold and for giving me the opprotunity to take photos of you guys! You were all AWESOME!

Cute. Cute. Cute family….Did I say Cute? Okay…sorry but look at these little kids…So adorable! Baby Addison was a perfect angel for her photo shoot and David was full of personality and is the age that I LOVE to photograph. We even through the family dog, Spike, in for a couple shots. In case you cant tell…Addison and David are both sporting some custom Sticks & Fuzzies hats for their session! Huge thanks to the Macdonald’s for coming to Portland to see me *twice*! You guys are awesome! Enjoy your photos!
I love this family 
I have had the opportunity to work with them a few times now and its always awesome! I was excited to visit their home again (we photographed their daughter Molly’s reception there) and take a few family photos. They have a beautiful backyard with plenty of photo spots. I love the informal black and white photo taken on the front porch which we threw in at the end. I photographed the kids, Claire and Logan, not too long ago but I couldnt leave without just a couple shots of them. The little cuties are hard for me to resist! In case I forgot to mention…The winning family gets a NEW CAR! This is a big deal Please vote! There is two rounds of voting. The family must first win the city “Portland”. The city winners all go for final judging in front of a panel of judges. Bliss Studio had the city winner last year but didnt make the final cut! I am determined this year to get the winning shot! Let’s do it!
It was a pleasure meeting the Green Family and also working with them. Baby Makayla was a doll! And the perfect little model for me. Despite the not so nice weather I am seeing out my window right now the day of this session was beautiful! This gave us the opprotunity to step outside and shoot a couple family shots on the path by the studio. Please check back soon as the Green’s are also going to be entering the Cutest Family Contest.
